Turkish Speaking Order Support Specialists - Office based or Remote within 60 minutes of Lisbon Remote anywhere in Portugal EUR per month gross with free accommodation ie own room in shared apartment OR EUR per month gross with no accommodation.
Our client is recruiting Turkish Speaking Order Support Specialists, candidates can be located within 60 minutes of Lisbon.
Backoffice Responsibilities.
The core of the role involves handling customer inquiries, including.
* Responding to inbound calls from customers who have replied to a callback request sent by our team * Conducting outbound calls (when necessary) to clarify information with customers Job Responsibilities.
* Handle escalations from customer-facing colleagues and resolve complex issues related to online orders * Ensure swift and fast resolution of problems occurring during the lifetime of a web purchase * Liaise with partners to resolve issues and achieve customer satisfaction * Perform investigations to make decisions that impact customer and partner relationships * Communicate with customers via phone and email to provide updates on issue resolution Requirements.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
* Ability to work under strict regulations and protocols * Ability to investigate and resolve complex issues * Strong communication and customer service skills * Ability to work independently and make decisions that impact customer and partner relationships Overall, this role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently to resolve complex issues
