Hybrid in Lisbon, Portugal How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn In this role, you will be part of our Enterprise Applications team, responsible end to end for (COMPANY NAME)'s applications' portfolio, used across all Business Groups and Functions.
Our current mission is to simplify and modernize our application portfolio and to transform into a fast moving, product-oriented and customer-focused technology organization.
We are the Business Operations and program management office (PMO) for Enterprise Applications.
We implement, ensure adhere and coach the delivery teams on the program/project delivery processes as defined by IT Business Operations Governance.
We manage the headcount for Enterprise Applications by maintaining the unit and overall organization headcount reporting, coordinating headcount requests, and guide business case development for unit expansion for strategic and growth opportunities.
We are accountable for the overall EA program, services and people reporting to the head of Enterprise Applications and the Leadership Team.
Job Responsibilities & Competencies Business Operations/PMO Intern acts as a subject matter expert for the Enterprise Applications units.
Analyzes and learns the unit's requests and resolves issues within the needed schedule and framework.
Supports the team's organization reporting using the required applications and tools and acts under supervision of more experienced team members.
Key Skills And Experience * Ability to learn quickly * Problem solving attitude * Team player spirit * Good communication in English (both written and spoken) * Student status with Master's or Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent education * Experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications, specifically MS Excel and MS PowerPoint Imagine creating technology that has the potential to change the world.
