Your new Role As a Test Lead Quality Assurance, you will be responsible for.
Ensure the project considers DNA's security and performance requirements; Lead and manage testing teams; Define testing scope, objectives, and respective deliveries; Develop and implement the overall test strategy and test plan (and respective risk mitigation strategies); Oversee test activities throughout the entire project lifecycle; Monitor and report test progresses, defects, and key metrics.
What you will need to succeed To be succeed as a Test Lead Quality Assurance you will need.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, or related field; ISTQB Certification; +10 years of experience working in the Quality Assurance area; Experience managing teams; Experience with test automation tools; Familiarity with Jira and Confluence; Knowledge of Agile/Safe/Scrum Methodologies; Wiling to work to benefit a team as a whole; Experience from work in a multi-location teams; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – Fluency in English.
