Job Description Provide expert-level support for PL/SQL-based applications in our telecom environment; Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to minimize system downtime; Optimize SQL queries and improve database performance to enhance application responsiveness; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and conduct root cause analysis; Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 application availability; Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation; Develop and execute database scripts for data manipulation and reporting; Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement; Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Minimum of 3 years of experience in application support, preferably in the retail or e-commerce sector; Strong expertise in PL/SQL programming and database management; Proficiency in SQL query optimization and performance tuning; Experience with version control systems (e.
