Job Description Your contribution to something big.
Track engineering budget; Handling of technical requests; Define and maintain detailed planning in MSP; Interface to the engineering line organization and technical customer interface; Moderate SE-Team Technical Project Management Meeting; Coordinate development activities across component developments and subsystems; Track the system engineering milestones in the system schedule; Plan and coordinate the vehicle validation (test equipment, testing, end of application, verification) according to project milestones; Update and provide the technical definition of samples; Ensure process compliance; Prepare and present project status; Assure achievement of technical project objectives.
Qualifications What distinguishes you.
Education.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Industrial management, or related fields); Know-How.
Experience in at least one complete project development cycle; Ability to perform stakeholder-analysis, communications and escalations in critical situations where required; IT Skills.
Good understanding and ability to apply PM tools and methods (risk management, scope, time, quality, profit) in projects; Personality.
Result orientation and strong focus on deliverables; With a teamwork focus; Leadership mentality, to apply leadership instruments and to lead an interdisciplinary & intercultural project team; Communicative, being able to establish good customer relationship on project level; Languages.
English proficiency at C1 level.
