Technical Customer Support Specialist (Search Engine) Location.
Oriente Lisbon Start Date.
09 October Contract.
CDD 6 months Are you an Italian Native speaker with solid English skills (B2) passionate about tech and helping others Join our dynamic team in Lisbon and deliver exceptional technical support for a wellknown client (confidential).
What Youll Do.
Provide topnotch support via phone email and chat Assist with presales general inquiries and technical issues Resolve product and softwarerelated problems with a customerfirst approach Collaborate with technicians and escalate issues as needed Maintain brand consistency in all communications and manage your ticket queue Work Hours.
Monday to Friday.
