Technical Customer Support Norwegian Speaking Urgent Role! Location.

Monday to Friday.
AM PM (Rotational shifts) Saturday and Sunday.
AM PM 2 rotational days off each week for a healthy worklife balance What We Offer.
Base Salary.
(paid 14 times per year) KPI Bonus.
100 annually for hitting performance goals Meal Allowance.

20 per month (starts on Day 1 and becomes free after 6 months!) Relocation Perks.

As a Technical Customer Support Specialist youll be the goto expert for customers helping them navigate technical issues and offering assistance with product features software hardware and wireless connectivity.
Youll provide presales and postsales support ensuring smooth communication through phone email chat and even social media.
Key Responsibilities.
Respond to customer inquiries via voice email chat and messaging channels Deliver presales support handle general inquiries and resolve technical issues Maintain a consistent brand voice ensuring a seamless customer experience Escalate complex issues to higherlevel tech teams when necessary Collaborate with technicians and manage help tickets efficiently Keep accurate records of interactions in the system Contribute ideas for continuous improvement and adapt to a rapidly changing work environment Provide feedback on help content and assist with documentation What You Bring.
Native Norwegian speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills English B2 proficiency A genuine passion for helping people and strong problemsolving skills Comfort with a dynamic fastpaced environment and an openness to feedback Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays Ready to Make an Impact This is more than just a job.
