TEAM LEADER – GERMAN SPEAKER

What you can expect Team Leaders are the leaders responsible for developing teams, to meet and exceed performance targets and expectations, quality, end-user satisfaction, client satisfaction and any other relevant key operational metrics.
The Team Lead should do this by providing guidance, coaching, support, motivation and education on a day-to-day basis.
Team Leaders are responsible for their teams’ success, change behaviors and continuous improvement assuring the accomplishment of the internal objectives.
What you'll do Act with initiative, make things happen and accept responsibility for the results; Provide the team a clear sense of direction, ensuring the knowledge of each team member in order to develop the feeling of &#;Care&#; to achieve excellent results in motivation, inspiration, attendance and engagement; Support, motivate and “enthusiastically” communicate the company’s culture and values, develop and coach each CSR to continually meet and exceed their quality and productivity targets; Measure and improve the productivity of the team; Team’s assessment.

What you'll need Higher Education Degree (preferential); Fluency in German & English (mandatory); Knowledge regarding Adobe Products (mandatory); Team player with strong solving and conflict management skills.
