What you'll be doing at Webhelp As an English-Speaking Team Leader for a B2B Sales Project, you will.
* Supervise, monitor and develop a team of Customer Advisors.
* Closely monitor the SLA's and KPI's of the project.
* Guarantee the continuous monitoring and improvement of the KPI's project by identifying performance gaps, analyzing root causes, and developing strategies to improve the results of the team.
* Lead a team to success by creating an inspiring customer service environment focused on quality and achieving high-level performance.

* Have a high level of English (oral and written) * Have at least on 1 year of previous experience in Team Management (mandatory) * Have In-depth knowledge of performance metrics (KPI's) * Have knowledge of CRM system It would be a plus if you.
* Have good interpersonal and communication skills, including strong collaboration, influencing, and facilitation skills * Are skilled in compiling and analyzing large amounts of data from multiple sources with strong attention to detail * Are self-driven, adaptable, and a reliable team player with the ability to work independently and demonstrate flexibility and resiliency.
