Your mission.
Finding the best talent in the market for Siemens Portugal You will take ownership over your areas, creating several strategic sourcing initiatives to identify the best possible people for Siemens, managing individual recruitment processes as well as ramp-up recruitment projects effectively with full clarity for our management teams.
You will partner with hiring managers to understand the requirements for current openings, going above and beyond to find the best people in the market.
You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process end-to-end by using our ATS systems to its full potential and other sources (e.
.
Linkedin Recruiter).
Developing an innovative approach to build the link between Siemens and Early Careers/Universities.
You will also participate in networking events and be a brand ambassador for Siemens, promoting Diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Overall, you will drive efforts to make Siemens the employer of choice by participating in employer branding and business marketing activities as well as work closely with Siemens People and Organization units locally and internationally.
We are looking for.
* University Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or Relevant Field; * Advanced level of English (B2 minimum), any other language is a plus; * Minimum 2 years experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within the Shared Services market; * Excellent communication/interpersonal and problem-solving skills; * Analytical thinking and good time management skills; * Proactive attitude and growth mindset; * Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PPT).
