As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team and play a key role in shaping our workforce.
What you'll do Lead the end-to-end recruitment process; Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent; Partner with Hiring Managers to identify profile needs and create job descriptions; Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for cultural and technical fit; Manage job postings across recruitment social media; Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs; Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process; Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
What you'll need Proven experience (5+ years) in recruitment, preferably in a senior or specialist role; Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, sourcing techniques, and hiring best practices; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously; Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software; Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers; Familiarity with Portuguese Labour Law and compliance regulations; Fluent in English; An additional language is valued.
