Job Description.

* Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
* Source, screen, and engage with potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
* Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
* Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
Qualifications.
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the automotive.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
* Portuguese (mandatory).
Fluency in English, both written and spoken (mandatory).
