• Ability to work in fast paced global environment • Minimum 2 years of relevant Support\/IT experience • Prior experience understanding functional specifications, process flow diagrams and procedures • Good written and spoken English is mandatory • UNIX\/Linux knowledge is necessary • SQL\/Oracle knowledge is necessary • Prior experience with job schedulers e.

Autosys , Control-M is a plus • Experience with different file transfer protocols e.

FTP\/SFTP, MQ, CFT • Understanding of system architectures such as SSO, Firewalls, load balancer etc.
