About the Role.
Ensure Quality Excellence within Supply Chain Network and conduct self-assessments (Quality, Safety and Sustainability) of warehouses Develop and Manage processes and improvement plan to meet required standards within SC Network on Quality, Safety and Sustainability front Drive rigorous training program for SC team and 3PL Service Providers to sustain required standards Ensure smooth execution of Warehousing and Transportation processes in compliance with Ferrero requirements     Main Responsibilities.
Conduct self-assessment of warehouses as per plan and ensure Quality Excellence within Supply Chain Network in line with Organization’s standards Drive improvement plan for warehouses and ensure its timely implementation Lead Supply Chain Quality Improvement Projects by working closely with Commercial and Plant Quality, and Commercial Network and Industrial Network team Ensure timely closure of open observations as per defined timelines Build and Maintain relevant dashboards to review Performance of Supply Chain Quality and Safety and drive action plan for continuous improvement Drive Quality initiatives along with functional teams to formalize robust processes and systems with proper SOPs, WI, Records, Reports, Forms etc.
in a standardized manner.
Perform gap analysis and ensure all identified issues are reviewed properly through structured problem-solving approach.
Identify the root cause, corrective action, preventive action etc.
along with regional operation teams under proper CAPA framework to ensure Quality Excellence Facilitate Standardization of processes and documentation leveraging sound knowledge of warehousing and transportation Conduct Safety & Sustainability assessments of Warehouses as per plan Drive projects on Safety improvement within Supply Chain Network Drive rigorous training program for Supply Cain team and 3PL Partners on Quality, Safety and Sustainability standards   Who we are looking for.
Post Graduate (preferably in Operations) 4-7 year of experience in operation SPECIFIC KNOWLEGE (if required) Knowledge of Warehousing and Transportation Understanding of Supply Chain area, particularly Quality, Safety and Sustainability Cold Chain Industry dynamics Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Power Point etc.) SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) Sound knowledge of SAP preferred Supply Chain Optimization certification preferred Conversant with FSSAI Laws and Local Laws for Logistic operations Skills required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Process driven working approach, high compliance to procedures and ability to implement improvement plans  Detail Oriented Project Management Demonstrated ability and experience to create strategies to benefit the long-term functioning of the business while also implementing specific processes or actions to tactically execute those strategies Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, make sound decisions and work effectively in a team environment Process driven, maintain required documentation, and adherence to policies & key measures.
