Estamos à procura de um Subchefe de Pastelaria (M/F/D) para integrar temporariamente a nossa equipa.
Procuramos uma pessoa capaz de confecionar verdadeiras iguarias, moldar paladares e levar o cliente a desfrutar de uma viagem de sabores.
Principais responsabilidades.
- Apoio na preparação e confeção dos diversos pratos; - Garantir a qualidade dos produtos utilizados e cumprir com rigor as regras de HACCP; - Coordenar, organizar, dirigir e executar todos os trabalhos relacionados com o serviço de cozinha; - Gerir as refeições de acordo com o número de pessoas a servir, respeitando as fichas técnicas definidas; - Controlar e executar as encomendas e inventários; - Apoio na gestão de toda a equipa da Cozinha.
Requisitos.
- Formação/experiência na área de Pastelaria; - Orientação para o trabalho de equipa; - Dinamismo; - Disponibilidade horária para trabalhar por turnos, incluindo fins-de-semana e feriados.
