I am in search of someone who specializes in or who has experience in aluminum framing.
I have multiple beach front lots in Panama that I am designing a modular cabana system for.
An affordable bolt together flat pack cabana of different sizes that can fit in a 20ft container for ease of delivery and quick installation.
Hopefully I will create a business from the concept.
It is all in aluminum utilizing H-Beam members bolted together on site.
For ease of replication, it is designed on a 4 metre and 2 metre grid so as to limit the number of beam sizes required and bring down the costs for fabrication.
As can be seen from the attached design presentation, I am focusing on a 2 bedroom unit type which has been modelled.
I am looking for a structural engineer to confirm its structural integrity as well as verify the connection details, an important part of the brief.
The structure is exposed and a design feature so needs to be as aesthetically beautiful as possible.
Detailed connection details would be required.
l've attached a copy of my design presentayion along with a precedent page.
