Unlock your potential, apply today! Job Description As a Strategic Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategic communications to support the business.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create engaging content and drive stakeholder engagement.
In your new role you will.
* Develop and execute comprehensive communication activities with a strong focus on positioning and storytelling, including.
* Research and screening of online publications along a defined scope * Ideas and concepts for communication activities along defined KPIs * Messaging proposals * Quality gating and implementation of guidelines * Reporting and analytics * Craft high-quality, engaging content for various channels, including.
* Writing and proofreading of text formats for a broad set of communication channels * Visualization of content in collaboration with Corporate Communications or an external agency * Communication formats for internal strategy communication * Proactively screening communication opportunities to relevant target groups * Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve communication strategies Requerimientos del candidato/a.

You have a keen eye for detail which is complemented by your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with your ability to excel both independently and as a valuable team member.

You are best equipped for this task if you have.
* A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business Administration or related field - understanding of electronic engineering is a plus * At least 3 or more years of experience in strategic communications, public relations, or a related field * A proven track record of developing and executing communication activities * Experience with Microsoft Office, content management systems, social media platforms, and other communication tools * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team which is located in different areas * Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills in English, German is a plus.
