Your role will primarily involve identifying potential landlords interested in partnering with us and facilitating contract negotiations.
Key Responsibilities.
- Identify and Reach Out to Potential Landlords - Facilitate Contract Negotiations - Understand and Navigate the STR Market Ideal Skills and Experience.
- Strong Understanding of the STR Market - Excellent Communication Skills - STR Market Expertise Compensation.
We charge a 10% management fee on all guest bookings.
For every contract entered into with property owners, you will be paid $200.
We will draft the contracts and provide them to you for signing with property owners.
If property owners need help with furnishing their units, we will provide that service as well for an additional fee.
