As a Specialist in Freight Auditing, you will be responsible to assess freight invoices and maintain the corresponding workflow in a global scope.
You will also support in the forecast process and reporting of freight volumes and costs, and in the operational claims management.
In your new role, you will.
* Confirm and audit the Inbound and outbound freight invoices, including controls and reporting * Collaborate with logistics managers to solve discrepancies * Maintain and oversee defined controls for processes in place * Maintain the processes in terms of documentation, quality tools, and audit process * Contribute to process harmonization and automation in collaboration with Porto´s teams and Central teams * Support in the operational claims management process * Support in the Forecast process & reporting of freight volumes & costs Requerimientos del candidato/a.

Your strong communication skills allow you to quickly establish successful cooperation within your team and with others.
Furthermore, you have excellent analytical skills that support your attention to detail and focus on delivery.
You are best equipped for this role if you have.
* A University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or similar field of studies * At least 1 year of experience in Logistics, Finance, Accounting, or other relevant area preferably in a Shared Services Center * Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel - SAP is preferred * An analytical mindset and the ability to pay attention to details * Fluency in English - knowledge of German is an advantagePlease send us your CV in English
