(COMPANY NAME) Global Business Services in Porto delivers high-quality services for Account and Sales Operations and Invoice to Cash, Accounts Payable, Retail Accounting, e-commerce Accounting and other Finance processes and HR Services for (COMPANY NAME) companies located in Europe and the Americas.
You'll be part of an Account and Sales Operations (ASO) team, responsible for supporting the business to achieve sales and market strategy objectives.
You will ensure a reliable, adequate and competitive B2B customer service level for all assigned wholesale customers of the channel.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Support communication with customers via all relevant communication channels (e-mail, tickets, phone) providing information related to orders and articles and compiling various order-related analyses at the request of customers or sales.
* Perform Orderbook management by recording and managing all types of orders; managing deliveries to ensure timely and complete delivery, including order prioritization in compliance with the strategic guidelines for sales control; monitoring electronic receipts for errors and correcting these errors using the tools provided.
* Working in close cooperation with internal and external departments when dealing with the following topics.
backlogs, scheduled deliveries, cancellations, launches, pre-pack promotions, procurement, returns, claims and complaints.
* Monitoring credit-blocked orders and coordinating credit limit increases (credit requests) with Finance and Sales.
* Standing in for and supporting colleagues working in the team and other groups within Account Operations KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES * University degree or equivalent experience * Ideally 2-3 years of relevant experience in B2B/Wholesale support * Business fluency in English and Polish, combined with great external stakeholder communication * Solid knowledge of Excel - VLOOKUP's and Pivot Tables * Ideally, knowledge in SAP and Assist (Salesforce) Candidates must be located in Portugal and already eligible to take on full employment.
