Prsentation du poste.
Nous recherchons un Reprsentant du Support Client engag et proactif de langue maternelle franaise.
Vous serez responsable dassister les clients dans leurs demandes concernant les commandes abonnements et factures tout en garantissant une exprience client exceptionnelle.
Principales responsabilits.
Rpondre aux demandes des clients par tlphone email et chat en traitant les proccupations relatives aux commandes abonnements et factures.
Offrir un service exceptionnel pour garantir une exprience client fluide et positive.
Suivre les problmes des clients jusqu leur rsolution complte en respectant les dlais et en maintenant les normes de service.
Collaborer avec les dpartements internes pour faciliter le traitement efficace des demandes clients.
Assurer en permanence la confidentialit des informations des clients.
Exigences.
Langue maternelle franaise.
Anglais niveau B1.
Une exprience pralable dans le support client est un plus.
Ce que nous offrons.
Salaire comptitif (pay sur 14 mois).
Contrat dure dtermine (CDD) de 6 mois.
Bonus de performance de 100 euros par 12 mois.
Indemnit de repas (net) de 723 euros par jour.
Indemnit de transport de 20 euros par mois.
Hbergement gratuit fourni aprs 6 mois (280 euros dduits directement du salaire).
Remboursement des frais de transport arien (jusqu 400 euros en classe conomique) aprs 6 mois demploi.
Weekends libres pour un bon quilibre travailvie personnelle.
Horaires rotatifs de 07hh00 ou de 08hh00.
