Nous recherchons un reprsentant du support client engag et proactif qui assistera les clients de notre client travers divers canaux pour rpondre leurs questions sur les abonnements la facturation le dpannage technique et dautres sujets.
Principales Responsabilits.
Recevoir les appels entrants des clients de notre client.
Accueillir et conseiller les clients.
Offrir des solutions personnalises chaque appel.
Collaborer avec les dpartements internes pour faciliter le traitement efficace des demandes des clients.
Assurer la confidentialit des informations des clients tout moment.
Exigences.
Langue maternelle franaise ou C2 fort anglais B2.
Une exprience antrieure dans le support client est un plus (mais non obligatoire).
Ce que nous offrons.
Salaire mensuel de 930 euros.
Bonus de performance.
100 euros pendant les trois premiers mois puis selon la performance.
Allocation repas.
9 euros par jour.
Remboursement des transports jusqu 40 euros.
Assurance maladie prive aprs 4 mois.
Du lundi au samedi shifts rotatifs de 7h 19h.
