Your new function The Integration Lead is a key member of the IT or technology department, responsible for overseeing and driving the integration strategy and projects within the organization.
This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to identify integration needs, designing integration solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of integration initiatives.
This position is crucial for ensuring that different systems and applications within the organization work together seamlessly, enabling efficient data exchange and business processes.
It requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and a deep understanding of integration challenges and opportunities within the organization.
What you'll need to succeed Strong product management, project management, and technology delivery leadership experience Experience of driving transformational organizational and technology change within IT solution/product delivery functions Strong Expertise in integration solutions design and management.
Proficiency in integration technologies and tools (e.
, EDI, SAP CPI, ESB, Boomi, MQ, API management, middleware) Strong understanding of data formats, protocols, and data transformation techniques.
Familiarity with security and compliance standards related to integration.
Excellent project management and leadership skills.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
