Virtual Assistant for Social Media Growth and Influencer Monetization Job Description.
We are looking for a proactive and talented Virtual Assistant to manage and grow our TikTok and Instagram accounts with the goal of building a monetizable brand.
This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a deep understanding of social media growth strategies, and a passion for self-development and mentorship content.
The successful candidate will work closely with me to implement a strategic plan that will eventually lead to online coaching and monetized influence.
Key Responsibilities.
Content Creation Support.
Research and brainstorm content ideas that align with themes of self-development, motivation, and mentorship.
Assist with content planning, scripting, and scheduling.
Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely, authentic way.
Account Growth & Engagement.
Develop and execute growth strategies aimed at increasing followers and engagement on both TikTok and Instagram.
Identify and implement effective hashtag strategies, trends, and collaboration opportunities.
Track analytics to monitor performance and adjust strategies based on insights.
Monetization Strategy.
Research and recommend monetization opportunities, such as brand collaborations, affiliate marketing, and in-app features like TikTok Creator Fund and Instagram Reels bonuses.
Assist in planning and developing content that leads naturally to online coaching or other paid services.
Social Media Management.
Schedule posts, manage a content calendar, and ensure consistent, high-quality posting.
As the account grows, take on more responsibility for independent management and decision-making.
Weekly Reporting & Communication.
Provide weekly updates on progress, analytics, and suggested adjustments to strategy.
Maintain open, clear communication to adapt to changing needs as the accounts scale.
Requirements.
Proven experience growing TikTok and Instagram accounts, ideally for influencers or self-development brands.
Strong understanding of trends, algorithms, and social media tools.
Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to convey brand voice and connect with an audience authentically.
Experience with monetization and influencer strategies is a plus.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently as responsibilities grow.
We are looking for candidates with intermediate to expert-level experience in social media growth and influencer marketing.
