Descrição: Are you an experienced Social Media Specialist? Are you known to be a problem solver?Then you are the one we are looking for!We are hiring a Social Media Specialist for a multinational technological company.O que terás de fazer- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies;- Monitor social media trends, best practices, new content and emerging technologies to enhance social media presence and effectiveness;- Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports with help of our agency;- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in social media platforms, algorithms, and advertising policies;- Identify and engage with brand advocates to amplify reach and enhance brand awareness;- Assist to weekly EU social media meetings, in order to receive important info regarding the discipline: calendar, campaigns, reports;- Assist to weekly meetings with divisions, so can lead conversation regarding HQ campaigns, besides of being alert of all local initiatives that need to be developed.- This person should work hand to hand with the community manager and influencer specialist;- This person will be responsible of the transcription of all HQ materials with the agency, being proactive and ensuring that materials are ready to post by the CM on time (1 day in advance);- This person will lead the production of all social media materials and campaigns with the agency;- This person will be responsible for the strategy to open TikTok channel at the beginning of 2025.O que precisas de garantir- Bachelor's degree related to Advertising, Marketing or similar area;- Previous experience in Social Media departments and/or Media Agencies will be a plus;- A fluent level of Portuguese and English. Spanish will be an asset;- MS Office, at a high level;- Solid and demonstrable knowledge of the Social Media communication environment, with special emphasis on digital environments;- Effective time management, organization and flexibility to adapt quickly to changes;- Good communication skills, dynamic, flexible, team player and proactive;- Problem-solving skills.
