You will manage content across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, focusing on both organic growth and lead generation through targeted ads and engaging content.
Key Responsibilities.
• Post all realtor listings, with dedicated listing posts every Tuesday and Saturday (listing posts are not included in the 20 customized posts).
• Create 20 customized posts per month (excluding listing posts), designed to engage and attract potential buyers and sellers.
These posts will follow a set schedule to ensure consistent content delivery and will include market updates, property highlights, tips for buyers/sellers, and realtor branding.
• Customize content according to the realtor’s target audience and brand voice, including scripting, filming, and editing engaging reels.
• Manage targeted social media ad campaigns to generate quality leads and increase client reach.
• Ensure content is posted consistently across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and optimized for each channel’s algorithm.
• Analyze performance metrics and make adjustments to improve engagement, follower growth, and lead conversion.
Requirements.
• Proven experience managing social media accounts, preferably in real estate.
• Skilled in scripting, filming, and editing engaging reels and short-form video content.
• Experience running targeted social media ad campaigns with a focus on lead generation.
• Familiarity with social media algorithms and best practices for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to maintain a structured posting schedule and collaborate effectively with realtors.
This role is essential in helping realtors grow their client base through strategic social media management and targeted ads.
