SOCIAL CONTENT CREATIVE / SOCIAL CREATIVE PRODUCER

Purpose of the Role.
You are the bridge between brand strategy and daily social content.
You translate brand stories, campaigns, and tone of voice into compelling, platform-first content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.
You direct content shooters during productions, safeguard creative quality, and ensure that content perfectly aligns with the brand identity.
Additionally, you are responsible for final editing and preparing content for publishing.
On social media platforms, first focus will be on organic content.
In a second phase you might get a role in creating content for ad strategies.
⸻ Key Responsibilities.
1.
Translating Brand Strategy into Social Content • Fully understand the brand strategy, visual identity, and tone of voice.
• Develop creative social content formats, series, and posts tailored to specific platforms.
• Ensure every post fits within the broader brand narrative while remaining relevant to current trends.
2.
Briefing and Directing Content Shooters (Videographers & Photographers) • Create clear shoot briefings, including shot lists, tone, reference materials, and key messages.
• Collaborate with internal teams or external creators to produce social-first assets.
• Guide shoots to maintain the right style, pace, and sharp execution.
3.
Final Editing Responsibility • Select the best footage and execute editing in line with the brand’s tone of voice.
• Ensure all content meets platform-specific best practices (TikTok, Reels, Stories, etc.).
• Maintain visual consistency, brand recognition, and storytelling impact.

Creative Content Development • Proactively pitch new content formats that align with brand strategy and capitalize on social trends.
• Work closely with brand and social teams to develop innovative, attention-grabbing content.
• Balance impactful brand storytelling with quick, snackable content.
5.
Performance-Driven Approach • Analyze content performance with the social team and translate insights into improved content creation.
• Understand how to maximize engagement and brand recognition without compromising the core message.

Experience.
• 3-6 years of experience in social-first content creation, preferably within brands with a strong visual identity.
• Experience in managing content shooters (internal or external).
• Extensive experience with video editing, post-production, and visual storytelling for social media (Adobe Premiere, CapCut, After Effects, etc.).
• Knowledge of platform-specific trends, algorithms, and content styles on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.

• Excellent English speaking skills (C1/C2 level).
