IT Assistant for Long-Term Partnership Are you an IT professional with a knack for managing purchases and delivering exceptional customer service? Glass IT is seeking a reliable and skilled IT Assistant to join our team for a long-term partnership.
About the Role As an IT Assistant, you will play a key role in managing and handling the purchases of IT products, including VPS, VPN, and Cloud services, for our private clients.
Your Responsibilities will include.
- Researching and sourcing the best IT products to meet client needs.
- Managing procurement and subscriptions for VPS, VPN, and Cloud services.
- Ensuring timely delivery and activation of purchased services.
- Assisting with troubleshooting and client inquiries related to services.
- Maintaining accurate records of purchases and client requirements.
What We’re Looking For? - Strong understanding of VPS, VPN, and Cloud services.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in IT product management or similar roles is a plus.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
