We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester / UAT Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of testing processes, from requirements gathering to test automation, with a strong focus on User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Your future duties and responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities.
· Participate in meetings for Requirements Gathering, Functional Specifications, Kickoff, and Signoff to ensure thorough understanding of project scope.
· Provide guidance on the UAT process, including UAT Kickoff presentations, Test Acceptance meetings, UAT Demos, Close-out meetings, and Signoff documentation.
· Write, execute, and maintain Test Cases, log defects, and conduct retesting to ensure quality standards are met.
· Support package tracking and integration testing for software deployments.
· Automate test cases to enhance efficiency and consistency.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
Qualifications Bilingual- French and English Security Clearance.
Ability to obtain reliability or secret clearance · ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CSI, HRSD, ITOM).
· Knowledge of BMC Helix ITSM, including DWP (MyIT), Smart IT, and Smart Reporting.
· Experience with Silk Central, UFT, and ALM.
· Familiarity with JIRA for defect tracking and project management.
· Have or ability to obtain security clearance (Reliable/Secret) Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interaction with national and global clients.
