Senior Visual Designer and Developer (SSE) Position Summary.
We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Visual Designer and Developer expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining user interfaces.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in UI/UX design, graphic design, and front-end web development, with proficiency in industry-standard design tools.
Additionally, this role requires extensive experience in XR development, with a focus on creating immersive experiences for the metaverse.
The candidate should have a keen eye for detail, a passion for creative design, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities.

Metaverse & XR Development.
Lead the design and development of immersive experiences for the metaverse using XR technologies.
Conduct requirement analysis and design the overall technical solution for VR/AR projects.
Utilize game engines such as Unity and Unreal Engine to create VR applications.
Develop and optimize 3D models, including characters, environments, and props for VR experiences.
Guide the creation of realistic 3D environments and animations, ensuring they align with UX principles.
Stay updated with the latest VR hardware, SDKs, and real-time rendering techniques to optimize performance.

Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web, mobile applications, and e-learning platforms.
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
Develop high-quality logos, icons, graphics, and visual content for both digital and print media.
Ensure pixel-perfect precision and attention to detail in all design deliverables.

Presentation Design & Communication.
Create and manage visually engaging pitch deck presentations using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and Keynote.
Utilize strong storytelling and visual communication skills to create persuasive and impactful presentations.
Work closely with creative directors to translate concepts into visually compelling presentations for business pitches.

Project Management & Coordination.
Lead and coordinate design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality output.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketing teams.
Plan, schedule, and manage content publication to ensure it meets company standards and deadlines.

E-Learning Design & Development.
Develop content for e-learning platforms, utilizing tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, and Lectora.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure educational content is aligned with learning objectives.

Front-End Development.
Implement designs using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Angular, and jQuery.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsive design, and adherence to web standards.
Convert PSD designs to HTML and integrate graphics into web pages.

Experience with 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, shading, and animation techniques.
Strong understanding of VR hardware, software development kits (SDKs), and performance optimization techniques.
Required Qualifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication or a related field.
• Advanced Diploma in Animation or equivalent certification (minimum 1.
to 2 years).
• Proven experience in XR development, with at least 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing 3D modeling work, particularly in VR or gaming industries.
Preferred Qualifications.
• Master’s Degree in Design (Visual, Industrial, User Experience, or HCI) or related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in visual design, with expertise in presentation design.
• Knowledge of industry trends in presentation design and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt.
• Basic technical knowledge of any coding languages is an added advantage.
