Descrição do emprego We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Talent Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent Management topics, like, Performance Appraisal, Career Development, Onboarding, Offboarding, Organizational Climate, Employer branding, HRIS.
Habilitações Bachelor/Master in the area of Human Resources, Psychology, Social Sciences or equivalent.
Minimum experience of 3 years in the Talent Management area (Performance Appraisal, Succession Plans, Organizational climate, Onboarding, Offboarding..) Advanced knowledge in Excel (Power Query, Macros, VBA) and Power BI Knowledge in PowerAutomate (Highly Valued) Experience in SAP SuccessFactors PMGM (Performance Management & Goal Management) Experience in designing and optimizing Onboarding processes, ensuring an integrated and efficient experience for new employees Fluent in English and Portuguese Strong analytical and storytelling skills with data Excellent communication skills Strong adaptability mindset Estou interessado Estou interessado Política de Privacidade
