Qualifications.
Must be a “team player” with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively and independently Knowledge of backup applications (Veeam, Barracuda, Commvault, etc.) Experience with email and spam filtering services (Mimecast, Barracuda, Proofpoint, etc.) Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP Switching and routing topologies (VLAN, basic routing protocol knowledge) Firewall Technologies (Cisco, FortiGate, Palo Alto, etc.) Administering Microsoft Windows Active Directory topologies In-depth working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server and SQL Server In-depth working knowledge of VMware vSphere 6.
and above Working Knowledge of Microsoft Azure / Azure AD / Intune Previous Experience in a fast-paced consulting, MSP environment, or System Administrator is a plus Knowledge of troubleshooting and implementation of Site-to-Site VPN on Cisco, Palo Alto and FortiGate Platforms Nice to Have.
Experience in previously supporting managed services customers.
