The Mastercard Digital Enablement Services (MDES) team is looking for a Senior Specialist to manage a portfolio of initiatives and projects across MDES and partnering organizations to deliver on our digital and tokenization agenda.
The ideal candidate is passionate about driving product growth, highly motivated, with program and project management skills and product background.
Role • Work across multiple functions and teams to drive strategy alignment, align roadmaps, propose solutions and progress against objectives • Manage the digital core prioritization process across the digital and core switching with the ability to effectively communicate changes and commitment with senior leaders.
• Manage the bi-weekly program updates, roadmaps, and other related program activities • Participate in team prioritization discussions with Product/Business management • Drive efficiency, effectiveness and timely delivery of the MDES program engagement with the UK leadership team to maintain the internal and external roadmap.
• Enhance and maintain the product and program documentation and confluence site used by all program members and stakeholders • Collaborate with digital programs to evolve the One Operating Model and coordinate better engagement • Continuously drive improvements in processes and tools working closely with Mastercard Tooling teams to adopt and evolve changes (e.
