anaging all phases of transformational projects, from initiation through to delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timelines.
pplying Lean and Agile methodologies to streamline processes, optimize workflows, and nurture a culture of continuous improvement.
ollaborating with stakeholders at all levels, including business units and project teams, to ensure clear communication, alignment, and effective decision-making.
uilding, leading, and inspiring high-performing cross-functional teams, providing coaching and mentorship to promote Agile and Lean adoption.
OUR PROFILEOver 8 years of project management experience, with a focus on transformational projects utilizing Lean and Agile methodologies.
emonstrated success in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects within complex organizational environments.
xpertise in applying Lean principles to optimize workflows and leveraging Agile frameworks (e.
., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) to drive successful delivery.
