YOUR ROLE Actively participate in technology projects.
dentify and document technical requirements.
esign technical solutions at the level of ITSM tools, preferably in ServiceNow and failure and performance tools.
dentify business requirements and transpose them into development requirements for digital solutions, following best market practices.
YOUR PROFILE Academic background in computer science, management IT engineering or information systems.+ 4 years of experience as a Project ManagerExperience with implementing ITSM tools (servicenow)Strong knowledge of Agile, Kanban, Scrum and Waterfall, MS Project Server, Office, Project Ticketing SolutionsFamiliarity with Advanced Architectures and Integration InfrastructuresNice to havePlanning and organization skillsTask prioritization skillsProactivity, team spirit and sense of responsibilityGood level of English WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE Join a multicultural and inclusive team environment.
