• English environment; • Expertise on preparing management presentation slides; • Expertise on Stakeholder management; • Expertise of formal project management methodologies; • Expertise in IT Project Management; • Expertise of IT Operation Practices; • ITIL 3 / 4 foundation expertise; • Expertise of Agile ways of working (including Scrum).
