Job Description We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our Marketing and Communications Team in Portugal.
The Marketing Manager will play a key role in shaping and executing the go-to-market strategy of the company’s portfolio offer.
This position requires a deep understanding of our offerings, brand and market positioning and the ability to operationalise marketing strategies effectively.

Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Planning Design and implement comprehensive go-to-market plans for our offers, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and targets.
Define the positioning and messaging of our offerings, ensuring all marketing materials are aligned with the local and global positioning strategy.
Manage the marketing budget for assigned offers, ensuring effective resource allocation and maximising ROI.
Marketing Campaigns & Cross-Functional Collaboration Develop targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives, coordinating with sales and business units to achieve the expected results, and in close collaboration with the Marketing Global Agency.
Develop campaign/project briefings and ensure continuous alignment with the internal Marketing Global Agency focused on the quality of deliverables and deadline fulfilment.
Develop compelling content for various marketing channels and plan and execute marketing events strategy.
Customer Insights and Feedback Gather and analyse customer feedback to refine marketing strategies and improve the customer experience, utilising insights for continuous improvement.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting  Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports on key metrics and adjusting strategies to optimise results.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management or a related field.
More than 5 years of work experience in similar positions, preferably within the tech or consulting industries.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Ability to analyse data and metrics to inform decision-making.
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
