Intro You are a seasoned Influencer Marketing Specialist with a deep understanding of the content creator ecosystem, particularly within the shooter genre across the US and EMEA markets.
You have a track record of managing and scaling relationships with key influencers and creators on platforms like X, Twitch, Reddit, and Discord, driving tangible results in user acquisition and engagement.
In addition to your expertise in influencer marketing, you possess strong capabilities in social media management and public relations, with experience in crafting and executing strategies across platforms like X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
Your entrepreneurial spirit, diverse experience, and strong communication skills make you a perfect fit for this dynamic role where you'll be at the forefront of building and nurturing a network of creators, driving PR efforts, and managing our social media presence to promote and grow our AI Product.
Forge and Krunker (Our Casual F2P FPS Game).
Challenges & Responsibilities.
Creator Sourcing and Relationship Management.
Identify, recruit, and maintain strong relationships with top-tier influencers, content creators, and game creators, particularly those with a focus on the shooter genre.
Develop and execute strategies to engage influencers who can effectively promote Forge and Krunker.
Campaign Development and Execution.
Plan, launch, and manage influencer marketing campaigns aimed at driving user acquisition and engagement.
Ensure that each campaign is aligned with the company’s goals and resonates with the target audience.
Content Collaboration.
Work closely with creators to co-develop content that not only promotes our platforms but also engages their audiences.
Provide guidance and feedback to ensure content quality and alignment with brand messaging.
Performance Analysis.
Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns.
Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies, ensuring maximum ROI and continuous improvement.
Budget Management.
Manage influencer marketing budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficiency while maximizing reach and impact.
Negotiate contracts and compensation structures that align with the company’s objectives.
Cross-functional Collaboration.
Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Product, and Community Management, to ensure cohesive and integrated campaigns that amplify our brand presence.
Social Media Strategy and Execution.
Beyond influencer management, lead the creation and execution of comprehensive social media strategies across platforms including X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
This includes publishing engaging content, driving community interactions, and increasing brand visibility.
Utilize agencies where needed, but maintain hands-on management of social media channels to ensure consistent messaging and tone across all platforms.
PR and Brand Presence.
Develop and manage public relations strategies to enhance the brand’s reputation and visibility in the market.
This includes crafting press releases, securing media coverage, and managing crisis communications.
Ensure seamless integration of PR efforts with social media strategies to amplify reach and impact.
We are looking for someone with.
Experience in the Shooter Ecosystem.
A strong background in the shooter gaming community, with an understanding of what resonates with players and creators in this genre.
Diverse Market Knowledge.
Experience working across both the US and EMEA markets, with a deep understanding of regional differences in content consumption and influencer dynamics.
AI/Tech Enthusiasm.
Interest or experience in AI-driven content creation tools, as this role will involve working closely with AI creators and exploring innovative ways to leverage technology in influencer campaigns.
Proven Track Record.
Demonstrated success in driving significant user acquisition and engagement through influencer marketing, with the ability to point to specific campaigns or strategies that contributed to that success.
Entrepreneurial Mindset.
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, start-from-scratch environment.
You are resourceful, proactive, and capable of driving initiatives independently.
