YOUR ROLE Knowledge of data infrastructure, pipelines, and data governance, with a focus on scalability and security; Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); Ability to lead and influence a technical team, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement; Attention to detail, with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to ensuring data quality; Results-oriented mindset, with a sense of urgency in delivering solutions and optimizing processes. YOUR PROFILE Proven experience as a Senior Data Engineer, with over 5 years of experience in on-premises environments; Strong knowledge of Python and its application in data engineering projects; Significant experience with ETL processes, preferably with widely used tools in the market (e.g., Talend, Informatica, Apache NiFi, SSIS); Familiarity with multiple relational databases, such as SQL, Oracle, MySQL, IBM Informix, and experience with NoSQL databases is a plus; Ability to design and optimize data models and reports, ensuring proper modeling and integration of data sources; Experience in mentoring and training data engineering teams; Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and other departments, ensuring business requirements are translated into effective data solutions.
