Your RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst with a strong background in Information Technology to join our team.
The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, identify needs, and propose solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
Your Mission.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements;Analyze and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations;Develop and document business processes, workflows, and system requirements;Work with IT teams to ensure system solutions align with business objectives;Your Profile Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business or a related field;4+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in an IT environment;Strong focus on business analysis, offering valuable expertise in streamlining and enhancing organizational operations;Proven track record in process improvement and development;Experience working with Jira and PowerBI;Knowledge of infrastructure is a plus;Keen sense of responsibility and exceptional organizational abilities.
