• Operational support on all environments (investigate and resolve incident & issues, change requests, maintenance, on call...) • Level 3 Support on IT infrastructure • Ensure Stability of applications and systems (Set up relevant monitoring metrics, resilient architecture...) • Drive technical projects with infrastructure and dev teams (drive meetings & planning) • Participate in providing technical architecture and support on Business Projects • Improve our tools and procedures (shell scripting, PowerShell, test scenario...) • Provide secure architecture, which comply with SLAs.
Our applications requires to be available 24/7 this is why it is necessary to have an on call line for the team on non-working hours for maintenances and issues.
- Follow-up and coordination of changes and technical operations (electrical shutdown, servers move, etc.) - Change management.

- Carry out the commissioning of the new versions of applications in collaboration with the teams in charge of the development and maintenance of these applications and on the other hand with the technical teams.

• Minimum 6 years of experience on Linux IT Project, • Good knowledge of Linux environments (Windows Server is a plus), • Proficiency in scripting languages (shell, phyton), • Strong understanding in web servers (manage migration from websphere to jboss for example), • Good knowledge of security.
