(SENIOR) AGENT PROCUREMENT ADMINISTRATION (M/F/D)

Procurement internationalization is now a key pillar of the development strategy with newly established teams in our corporate countries. That’s where the Procurement Excellence team steps in, helping to digitalize source-to-pay processes as part of our Procurement 4.0 strategy. To drive cost efficiency and enhance budget monitoring, we are looking for an Executive Agent for Procurement Administration (m/f/d). You’ll take ownership of key administrative and budget tasks, working independently within the Procurement Excellence team in Lisbon and reporting to the Procurement Excellence Executive Manager. DO WHAT YOU LOVE: Support the yearly budget planning process for corporate countries from the procurement side Prepare run-rate costs, align specific central and decentral overhead costs with group controlling and commodity budget leads Review and be part of the approval chain for unplanned budget requests occurring throughout the year and shifting budget needs between projects Structure data from procurement tools (e.g., Coupa, Excel) Learn how to use Business Intelligence tools such as Amazon QuickSight and Coupa Analytics Provide meaningful data insights to relevant stakeholders Support other procurement teams in their administrative needs (such as data quality initiatives aimed at keeping master data up-to-date) Qualifications COME AS YOU ARE: You have completed higher education with above-average success You have at least 1 to 2 years of work experience You are enthusiastic about data, have good analytical skills You possess intermediate Excel skills You can work independently and have good communication skills to align with stakeholders You have strong written and spoken English THE DEPARTMENT: Corporate Procurement is SIXT’s Indirect Expenditure function; we buy everything that isn’t a car! This division includes the following teams: Category Management, Operational Procurement, Procurement Excellence and Procurement Solutions.
