What I need.
- 5 videos, each focusing on a specific stage.
1.
Gaining Pregnancy 2.
First Trimester 3.
Second Trimester 4.
Third Trimester 5.
Postpartum Recovery - Each video should be around 20 to 30 minutes long.
- Focus on safe and effective yoga poses, with some mindfulness and relaxation tips included.
- The videos need to be shot in 4K quality.
The ideal candidate should.
- Be an advanced yoga trainer with significant experience working with pregnant women and postpartum recovery.
- Have access to high-quality filming equipment capable of shooting in 4K.
- Be able to demonstrate a wide range of safe and effective yoga poses in each video.
- Understand the importance of mindfulness techniques and relaxation tips, and be able to incorporate these into the videos without detracting from the focus on yoga poses.
I am offering a payment of up to INR for this project.
