We are looking for the very best to join our AAA 4-Diamond Hotel, featured in the Top 10 of all Meeting Hotels in the United States per Cvent.
The Manchester Grand Hyatt is looking to fill the role of Security & Safety Host, to join Hyatt's diverse team of security and safety professionals, please review the roles, responsibilities, and qualifications listed below.
esponsibilities:• Conduct foot patrols of the hotel's property, to include lobby/outlet areas, guest room hallways, parking garage, hotel perimeter, convention space, etc.• Respond to various on-property incidents, to include, but not limited to, medical emergencies, trespassers, noise complaints, lost/missing items, guest needs, etc.• Prevent unwanted visitors from entering the property, and safely escort any non guests/unwanted visitors from the property• Effectively monitor CCTV systems, alarm systems, emergency phone lines, and other aspects of the property's dispatch center on an as-needed basis• Complete detailed, and accurate incident reports in a timely manner, after critical incidents occur• Partner with responding law enforcement and fire departments, as needed• Administer basic CPR and First Aid, as needed• Respond to, and strategically remedy various guest requests, in order to retain guest business, and overall brand protectionWAGE.
The hourly rate for this position is $/hr.
