Job Description Fusion Consulting is seeking an SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling Expert Consultant to work on a project within the pharmaceutical industry.
In this role, you will support our clients in optimizing their financial processes using SAP solutions, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and integration with other business processes.
You will collaborate with other consultants and project managers to deliver customized SAP S/4HANA FICO solutions.
What you will be doing.
Participate in the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA FICO solutions, supporting General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders (OPA), Product Costing (COPC) and Profitability Analysis (COPA) within a pharmaceutical environment.
Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements specific to the pharmaceutical industry and translating them into SAP S/4HANA FICO functional specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of FICO with other SAP modules, such as PP, MM and SD.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of FICO with other SAP modules, such as PP, MM, and SD.
Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the solution meets the business and regulatory needs of pharmaceutical clients.
Provide end-user training and documentation to support the adoption of SAP solutions in a regulated industry.
Support post-implementation activities, troubleshooting issues, and providing functional expertise.
Stay current on SAP updates and recommend process improvements specific to pharmaceutical operations.
Qualifications 8+ years of experience as an SAP FICO consultant, with hands-on experience….
Strong understanding of SAP FI and CO modules, including GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA, OPA, COPC and COPA Basic knowledge of integration with other SAP modules (PP, MM, SD).
Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Good communication skills and a collaborative working style.
Fluent in English and Portuguese Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
