Focusing on the Supply Chain Area, your daily job will consist of defining, prioritizing, and managing the development of the BMW Aftersales solutions on a global scale.

Business Process Reengineering.
Redesign existing processes within sourcing, procurement, supply chain, and sales to enhance efficiency and effectiveness using SAP solutions.
Solution Crafting.
Develop, migrate, and test SAP functionalities, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of global business operations.
Backlog Management.
Skillfully manage product backlogs and dependencies, ensuring priorities are clear and aligned with business objectives.
Integration Mastery.
Seamlessly integrate SAP modules, upholding the integrity of system architectures and data flows.
Agile Collaboration.
Work in cross-functional Scrum teams, contributing to the agile and iterative development of high-quality SAP applications.
Whatever you’re working on, here’s the lowdown on the technical skills you’re likely to have.
If you have a more F unctional  Profile.
Extensive SAP Expertise.
Bring 7+ years of experience in SAP technology, with a deep understanding of modules such as SD or MM.
Customer-Facing Acumen.
Demonstrate proficiency in business analysis and stakeholder communication.
Architectural Insight.
Possess knowledge of SAP architecture patterns and integration standards.
Migration Savvy.
Have experience with SAP migration strategies and tools, as well as continuous integration practices.
HANA and UI Knowledge.
Familiarity with SAP HANA, S/4 HANA, SAP UI5, and SAP Fiori is appreciated but not mandatory.
If you have a more Technical (ABAP)  Profile.
ABAP Development Experience.
3–5 years of experience in ABAP development, with a solid understanding of SAP architecture and best practices.
Design, develop, and maintain custom SAP solutions with a strong focus on Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
Technical Analysis & Solution Design.
Translate business requirements into technical concepts and solution proposals, considering user needs and current technological trends.
Interface Development.
Take ownership of interface programming, including IDoc, BAPI, ALE, SOAP, and REST integrations, ensuring seamless communication between SAP and non-SAP systems.
HANA Optimization.
Utilize SAP HANA for data modeling, performance tuning, and optimized query execution.
Improved system performance by optimizing SQL queries and CDS views in SAP HANA.
SAP Development Tools.
Work with SAP Web IDE, Eclipse, and Git to streamline development and collaboration (experience in these tools is a plus).
OData & SAP Gateway & Fiori/UI5 Development.
Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 is an advantage, but not mandatory.
Candidates should have a willingness to learn and adapt to front-end SAP technologies.
Collaboration & Communication.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Be available to be a cross-functional team member by using and developing new skills and enabling a fully responsible team able to cover the whole product lifecycle.
Use state of the art DevOps quality practices and tools such as Continuous Integration /Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to build, analyse, perform automated testing and deployment processes, to ensure a streamlined and reliable development workflow.
Run and operate developed software inside and outside working hours if needed, to provide high quality software services (extra compensation will be applicable).
Be available to travel abroad for short periods, as required to support all the phases of the product development cycle when needed.
Have excellent English oral and written skills.
German communication skills will be a plus.
