Your future duties and responsibilities.
• Experience with more than 3 years in implementation/maintenance/support of SAP Logistics (SD, MM, PM, CS and interfaces with other platforms).
Knowledge and experience with S/4 Hana would be considered a plus.
• Participate in the various phases of implementation projects from design/explore to post-productive support; • Translate business requirements into development requirements for high-quality and scalable solutions, following best practices; • Plan, execute, and/or coordinate autonomously the activities to be carried out in the preparation of the various agreed outputs within the scope of a project or project stream; Manage project plans and activities.
• Manage daily relationships with the client and the project team, responsibly and according to the scope of action; • Knowledge in IDOCS, LSMW, authorization roles • Identify root causes and solution for recurrent problems.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Update and maintain all SAP documentation and knowledge database • Available to punctual travels when needed • Use service specific tools and procedures • Compliant with agile methodologies • Train and spread the knowledge through the global team Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
• Experience in application maintenance services is a plus • Debugging skills are a plus • Fluent in English • Excellent oral and written communication skills both technical and user focused.
