Scope.
As the Payroll Lead, you will be responsible for the development of the technical and functional vision that defines the project solution and able to translate this vision in directives, standards and procedures that guarantee a gradual implementation of the solution.
He/she is responsible to ensure the technical and functional success of the implementation and/or project of improvement especially in complex projects and of great scale.
They participate in the tasks of taking of requirements, analysis, design, implementation, application and configuration, test, training and support after the ‘go live’.
The Payroll Lead is expected to partner with the technical team and maintain the country solutions.
Required Skills skills.
- very good knowledge of Payroll Mexico (senior level) - more than 6 years of experience of Payroll implementation and AMS maintenance - strong customer communications skills and with strong focus on results - experience in analyzing and documenting payroll related processes - ability to lead SAP Payroll project and support our customers with incidents and change requests with their Payroll processes - ability to solve complex problems related to the technical environment of the application - required language.
English, Spanish - candidate cannot reside in Mexico Start date.
