managing and overseeing the integration and delivery of various human capital management (hcm) and enterprise resource planning (erp) systems for brazil, especially related to sap and client-specific tools.

deliverables.
brazil landscape design overview.
responsible for creating an overview of the current brazil-specific landscape, likely in terms of it systems or hr processes.
pre go-live integration checklist.
develop a checklist to ensure all integrations are ready before the system goes live, covering all critical tasks and ensuring nothing is missed.
review brazil integrations.
review both global and local system integrations, ensuring that appropriate stakeholders and subject matter experts (smes) are involved.
you'll confirm time-lines and dependencies for all integration-related tasks.
escalation point for data integration.
act as the main contact for issues or escalations related to data integration for time/absence management, payroll, and other systems.
lead integration partner.
oversee the entire integration time-line, from design through post-go-live "hypercare," ensuring all internal teams and integration partners meet their deadlines.
risk identification and change management.
identify potential risks, assess them, and serve as a liaison for managing changes throughout the project life-cycle.
testing results confirmation.
ensure all tests for each integration are completed successfully and confirm results.
additional hcm requests.
be prepared to take on additional tasks as requested by hcm management.

languages.
fluency in portuguese and english is essential.
technical skills.
expertise in sap erp hcm (human capital management), particularly hr core personnel administration (pa) and organisational management (om).
industry knowledge.
familiarity with the client hr it applications, methodologies, and project management tools.
