SALESFORCE FUNCTIONAL ARCHITECT (M/F/D)

Descrição da Função Your New Role As a Salesforce Functional Architect, you will be responsible for creating, designing, developing, and maintaining the IT architecture.
This role requires alignment with the defined IT Strategy, the company’s application landscape, and the received IT demands.
You will provide highly professional and reliable architectural advice, ensuring technological solutions that lead to an optimal architecture meeting the current and future needs of the entire organization.
Responsibilities Conceptualize and document the global architecture by analyzing the impact of integrating and implementing new products, services, and IT solutions into the existing architecture.
Define and document standards, procedures, and guidelines for other team members to follow.
Challenge received business requirements to clarify all values and benefits, proposing implementation strategies to deliver the highest business value first.
Define sustainable technological solutions that meet business and IT goals, aligned with the IT strategy.
Propose solutions and ensure that systems meet business needs, non-functional requirements, performance, scalability, flexibility, and security best practices.
Create solution definitions that describe components/applications, integration, interfaces, and data architecture (data flows, migration, etc.).
Ensure solutions are aligned through close collaboration with all IT areas (Technical architecture, Operations, Development teams, IT Security, etc.).
Validate third-party solution designs and their impacts on the current landscape.
Maintain clear communication with all BT and Business areas.
Align different solution proposals with development teams to gather their feedback and estimations.
Present various technological solutions with pros & cons, cost & resource estimations.
Support initiatives and project delivery by providing expertise, reviewing, and changing initial solutions to ensure compliance with design principles and business requirements, promoting alignment with IT and business strategy.
Create and maintain architecture solution documentation.
Provide support to development and operational teams to solve complex technical issues.
Analyze technological market trends and business needs, determine their impact on the architecture, anticipate changes, and propose technological investments.
Participate and contribute to committees and/or workgroups at an internal and/or external level, sharing experience and thorough knowledge within the department.

What You Will Need to Succeed Degree in IT (Computer Science, IT Engineering).
Proven experience in conceptualizing, designing, and implementing complex technological solutions.
Experience in implementing complex systems, including integration with third-party products and services.
Strong communication skills.
Fluent in English (written and verbal).
High motivation, proactivity, and autonomy.
Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Senior Functional Analyst.
Experience in solution and integration design.
Experience in writing guidelines and architectural documentation.
Modelling skills (ArchiMate).
Good technical and functional knowledge of different landscapes and solutions (such as CRM, offer management, product management, subscription management, ERP’s, payment solutions, access management, IAM, consumption and reporting tools, etc.).
Experience in pre-sales architecture.
Good functional knowledge of Salesforce and Azure is a plus.
Experience in on-premises, cloud, and hybrid solution implementations.
Skilled in communication and presentation techniques (oral and written - high-level presentations to management, in-depth to technical teams).
Relevant certifications are a plus.
